UARK's 24-Hour Telephone Response Teller
Don't wait in line. Use our 24-Hour telephone teller free wherever you go, whenever you like! All you have to do is call 1-800-259-0757 and a special recorded message will lead you through with step by step instructions. With this service you can:

Check your account balances
Review account history
Verify account deposits
Verify account withdrawals (including ATM transactions)
Transfer funds between your accounts
Make loan payments from your accounts
Do it all with one free call from a touch-tone phone
Know that all transactions are Safe, Secure, and Very Private

All accounts are automatically signed up for this service when your account is opened. Use you member number and the last four digits in your social security number for first time account access. We recommend you change your pin once you successfully sign in.

Visa Check Card
Use the VISA Check Card to access your checking account without the hassle of writing a check.

The VISA Check Card looks like a credit card, but works like a check. Use your VISA Check Card instead of writing a check and the amount will be drafted directly from you checking account. Use the “credit” option at merchants and just sign and go. Plus, it doubles as your ATM card for quick access to ATMs around the globe. It's the easiest way ever to make a purchase.

Automated Teller Machine (ATM)

We have ATMs located at 1025 N. Garland Ave in Fayetteville, 1424 W. Sixth St. Fayetteville, In the U of A Student Union Fayetteville, and in the UAMS Hospital. You may also use your ATM card at any CU24 ATM, CIRRUS, and Pulse.

Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction
Eliminate unnecessary trips to the credit union and safely deposit money by having your paycheck, Social Security, or retirement check directly deposited into your checking or any other credit union account.

You can also deduct a fixed amount from each paycheck. We will disburse the funds however you like; make deposits to savings, checking, Christmas club accounts, make loan payments, even make IRA contributions all through payroll deduction. Check with your employer regarding payroll deduction to your credit union account. Nothing could be easier!

Wire Transfers
If you need to send money in a hurry a wire transfer is an option to consider. This service allows you to send money safely and promptly anywhere in the United States and to most foreign countries. We charge $10 for domestic wires and $30 for foreign. There is no charge to receive a wire into your UARK account. Please see our wire instructions or contact us for more information.

We provide this service at no charge to UARK members.
