Is the Online Banking system secure?
Yes. Our new system uses the highest level of protection available, providing the assurance that your accounts are secure.
How do I set up a recurring transfer on the new Online Banking System?
Under the Transfers tab, you can set up one-time and recurring transfers in only a few clicks.
How do I add account nicknames to the new system?
Under the Self-Service tab, click on “Manage Account Preferences” to see a list of your account nicknames. You can make changes to this list. Click “Update Preferences” to save them.
How much Online Banking transactional history is available?
Our members can view 180 days (six months) of transactional history from their UARK FCU accounts. Check images are available for 90 days.

Account Balance
Account Balance features tell you the account number and account type of the accounts you are using with Online Banking. When you select an account from the list, you get the available and actual balance for the account.
Account History
The Account History feature enables you to review account histories that UARK maintains for each account.
Account Transfers
Online Banking’s Account Transfer feature offers three flexible types of transfers:
Immediate Transfers - A transfer is attempted immediately. You are notified if the transfer is successful while you are online.
One-Time Transfers - This type of transfer is made on the date that you specify.
Automatic Transfers - An automatic transfer is one that occurs as often and as many times as you specify.
